2. Transit Time: Standard delivery across European destinations typically requires approximately 5 to 10 business days following dispatch.
3. Tracking & Notifications: Automated tracking notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout at key milestones, including order dispatch, arrival at primary transit hubs, and out for local final delivery.
4. Delivery Delays & Investigations: If your shipment exceeds the standard delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at secops@dailybedset.com. We will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Based on the investigation findings, we will arrange either a full refund or a replacement shipment as appropriate.
5. Transfer of Risk & Ownership: In full compliance with European consumer rights regulations, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only when you, or a designated third party acting on your behalf (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the items. Risk does not transfer upon handover to the logistics carrier.
